What Dayf Offers
Dayf facilitates connections between Hosts (who list accommodations) and Guests (who book them). We are not a real estate broker, travel agent, or insurer. Transactions and agreements are directly between Hosts and Guests.

Account Information: Name, email, phone number, and verification documents required to register and use Dayf.
Host Information: Property details, listings, pricing, and proof of ownership or authority.
Guest Information: Booking details, payment information, and identity verification.
Usage Data: How you interact with the platform, device information, and location data when relevant.

Service Delivery: Facilitate bookings and payments between Hosts and Guests.
Legal Compliance: Comply with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements, including tax and Ministry of Tourism obligations.

Data Sharing:
Between Hosts and Guests: Contact and booking details needed to complete a reservation are shared between the parties involved.

Host Account Deletion:

Data deletion requests will be processed, provided that there are no active or future reservations of Guests, and all financial transactions, including payouts, have been fully settled. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions at the time of the deletion request.
Guest Account Deletion:
Guests may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting support@dayfstays.com. Such requests will be processed, provided there are no active or future reservations associated with the account. Additionally, any past reservations must have been completed at least one month prior to the deletion request.
